Membrane-by-Membrane Performance Testing
Every element that comes through our doors is tested against its original factory performance curve. Because different membrane types have different flow-rate, rejection, differential pressures, we load the correct spec sheet for each type. The pre-test pinpoints exactly how far the membrane has drifted and whether the loss is biological, or scaling or compaction related.
Precision RO Membrane Cleaning
Armed with those diagnostic numbers, we design a custom cleaning protocol that attacks the specific foulants revealed in the pre-test. After cleaning, the membrane goes straight back on to our test skid: if it still falls short of the desired results, we run an additional targeted cycle; if it meets or beats the results, it is cleared for service.
